Returns and Replacements
Every Plantsie is fragile and the shipping process is not always kind (or easy). Most of the time we get it right, but sometimes we don't. When that happens, we fix it — be it a damaged plant or pot due to shipping carrier mishandling — with the ultimate objective of making you happy. Let us know and we'll make it right.
If you're simply not happy with your recent purchase, please contact us (hello@plantsie.com) and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return on an undamaged Plantsie, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will also need your order number so we can track down the details.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Our goal is to make everyone happy but unfortunately certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized names sticks or pops). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
